We provide AI business consulting, automation, chatbot development and related digital transformation services. The scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each engagement will be agreed in a separate proposal or statement of work.

• You will not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs and code on this website are owned by Rashida Enterprises Services unless otherwise stated. Ownership of client deliverables is governed by the specific engagement agreement.

5. Payments

Fees for paid engagements are due as per the schedule in the relevant proposal or invoice. Late payments may incur reasonable interest or suspension of services.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement and to use it solely for the purposes of delivering the agreed services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Third-Party Services

Our solutions may integrate third-party platforms (e.g. messaging, CRM, analytics, AI providers). Use of those platforms is subject to their own terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as per the terms agreed in the proposal. Fees for work performed up to the date of termination remain payable.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes will be subject to the courts of Saharsa, Bihar.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
